About Guido
Since I was a kid, hockey has never been just a sport to me — it has been a way of life. It taught me everything early on: how to handle pressure, how to deal with wins and losses, how to be part of a team while standing on your own. Hockey is emotion, speed, sacrifice, and passion — and it demands everything from you.
Those experiences shaped who I am today.
Over the years, I realized that what hockey gave me went far beyond the ice. It built my mindset, my discipline, and my understanding of what it truly takes to grow — not only as a player, but as a person. That realization created a strong desire in me: to give something back.
In 2010, together with my longtime friend and teammate Sebastian Pech, I founded Euro Elite Hockey in Germany. We shared the same vision — to support young players, guide them, and help them reach the next level using the knowledge and experience we had gained.
But growth requires stepping out of your comfort zone.
With the goal of becoming a better coach and continuing to evolve as a person, I decided to leave Germany and move to Canada. It wasn’t just a career move — it was a life decision. I saw an opportunity to immerse myself in a new hockey culture, to challenge myself daily, and to grow both professionally and personally.
Euro Elite Hockey
What started as a vision between two friends has grown into an international platform dedicated to player development.
Today, Euro Elite Hockey stands for guidance, trust, and opportunity. Through a strong international network, I work closely with players and families to open doors, create pathways, and support each athlete on their individual journey.
Because in the end, hockey is more than a game.
It’s passion.
It’s commitment.
It’s dedication.
And for those who are willing to give everything — it can become a way of life.
