NOT JUST DRILLS.
Professional hockey coach with 25+ years of experience developing players across North America and Europe. Founder of Euro Elite Hockey Development and Head Coach of the SFU Red Leafs.

“Those experiences shaped who I am today.”
Since I was a kid, hockey has never been just a sport to me — it has been a way of life. It taught me everything early on: how to handle pressure, how to deal with wins and losses, how to be part of a team while standing on your own. Hockey is emotion, speed, sacrifice, and passion — and it demands everything from you.
Over the years, I realized that what hockey gave me went far beyond the ice. It built my mindset, my discipline, and my understanding of what it truly takes to grow — not only as a player, but as a person. That realization created a strong desire in me: to give something back.
In 2010, together with my longtime friend and teammate Sebastian Pech, I founded Euro Elite Hockey in Germany. We shared the same vision — to support young players, guide them, and help them reach the next level using the knowledge and experience we had gained.
With the goal of becoming a better coach and continuing to evolve as a person, I decided to leave Germany and move to Canada. It wasn’t just a career move — it was a life decision. I saw an opportunity to immerse myself in a new hockey culture, to challenge myself daily, and to grow both professionally and personally.
What started as a vision between two friends has grown into an international platform dedicated to player development.
Today, Euro Elite Hockey stands for guidance, trust, and opportunity. Through a strong international network, I work closely with players and families to open doors, create pathways, and support each athlete on their individual journey.
Because in the end, hockey is more than a game. It’s passion. It’s commitment. It’s dedication. And for those who are willing to give everything — it can become a way of life.
