Before a booking is confirmed
Camp pre-registration is an expression of interest and is reviewed by Coach Guido. It is not a confirmed booking. To withdraw or correct a pre-registration, email hello@euroelitehockey.com with the player’s name, camp and group.
Paid camp bookings
The cancellation and refund conditions for a camp are supplied in the final online registration before payment. Review those conditions before completing registration. This page does not introduce a separate refund deadline, cancellation charge or refund guarantee.
Questions, changes or inability to attend
Contact Coach Guido as soon as possible if your plans change, you cannot attend, or you need clarification about a cancellation, transfer, credit or refund. Any available option is governed by the terms presented for your specific camp registration; it is not automatic.
Drop-ins
Drop-ins are available only if spaces remain. Contact Coach Guido to check availability before attending.
Private sessions are different
The private-session policy is separate from camp registration. Read the private-session payment and cancellation terms.
